Costs and receipts
Your evidence in the same place as your books
You enter a cost with the supplier, the amount and the VAT, and attach the receipt or purchase invoice right there. That way your evidence is not in a shoebox or somewhere on your phone, but with the entry it belongs to.
What you can do with it
- Attach a receipt or PDF to every cost entry.
- VAT on purchases is carried into your VAT overview as input tax automatically.
- Sort costs into categories, so at the end of the year you know where your money went.
Included in every paid plan
There is no basic edition with half a feature list: every feature above is in both paid plans. The difference is the number of users and how many receipts and invoices you have read automatically each month. You can also start for free, with a monthly limit on the number of invoices.
