Cash flow and forecast
Profit is not the same as money in the bank
You can have invoiced an excellent month and still be short because nobody has paid. The cash flow overview shows what comes in and goes out per month and looks ahead: outstanding invoices on their expected payment date, your recurring invoices and the purchase invoices still to be paid.
What you can do with it
- Incoming and outgoing money per day or per month, starting from your actual balance.
- A forecast based on outstanding invoices, payment terms and announced direct debits.
- The lowest point in your forecast highlighted: the moment to do something about now.
- Exportable as CSV, opening balance included, so the balance column can be checked.

Included in every paid plan
There is no basic edition with half a feature list: every feature above is in both paid plans. The difference is the number of users and how many receipts and invoices you have read automatically each month. You can also start for free, with a monthly limit on the number of invoices.
